DELTA, BC, March 8,
2011 - AirTest Technologies has announced
signing of a Letter of Intent with Jaquet Technology Group (Jaquet)
based in Basel Switzerland regarding AirTest's patent
pending zero drift, infrared gas sensor technology.
AirTest has
been in discussions with Jaquet about manufacturing certain
products that would target large volume industrial and commercial
applications.
As part of
the LOI, Jaquet will perform engineering review of the product to
assess technical issues related to manufacturing the product and
steps necessary to move forward with a manufacturing
agreement.
Jaquet is a
global engineering and manufacturing company with a strong
foundation in manufacturing durable, high quality sensors that are
used in automotive, marine, power generation and a variety of other
applications.
According to
Chad Renbarger, VP of Business Development for Jaquet in North America, "We are very excited
about the prospect of working with AirTest to bring their
breakthrough, zero drift gas sensing technology to market. We
feel we can offer unique talents in helping AirTest achieve the
cost and quality requirements demanded by their target
markets."
According to George Graham President of AirTest "We see
opportunities for AirTest's zero drift technology in a variety of
applications. This agreement with Jaquet represents a first
step in developing and manufacturing products for high volume
industrial and commercial applications."
